Dam Sum Place Sainte-Catherine

We make fresh dim sums with locally sourced meat, fresh vegetables and no glutamate. Steamed or fried, with wrappers made from a light “hot dough,” the dim sums are folded right before your eyes. The signature dish of our Malaysian Chinese Chef is the Xiao Long Bao -a miraculously soup-filled steamed dumpling. This little succulent explosion of flavours need surgical precision in folding and steaming and are very rare to find in Europe.
